Specializing in interior design and purchasing services, Directions In Design, Inc. (DID) founded in 1975, has many years of diverse experience, in hospitality (hotels, casinos, restaurants), marine, healthcare, senior housing, food service, residential and corporate/commercial projects. The woman owned (WBE Certified) firm's project base is built on extensive repeat business and a strong client referral network. As DID has grown, the firm has consistently earned awards for excellence.

Twenty-five professional design, purchasing and support staff has accepted the challenge of projects ranging from extensive renovations to complex new construction. Resources include a large in-house library and Auto CAD (version 2008) allowing design teams to interface easily with owners, architects, engineers and other professional team members.

DID designers take a comprehensive and flexible approach to services which allows each client to focus on priorities as well as meet specific needs. A full complement of services from strategic planning through programming, schematic design, design development and installation is offered.  Additionally, the purchasing staff negotiates extremely competitive discount pricing. Procurement clients including contractors and design clients may purchase ceilings, flooring (carpeting, tile, resilient), lighting, wallcovering, most types of furniture, open office systems, artwork and accessories. Tried and true tracking systems ensure timely deliveries on a national and international basis.
